Exterior accessories can protect high-wear areas and change the look of a vehicle, but poor fitment can create noise, movement or surface damage. Treat every upgrade as a fitment decision first and a styling decision second.

Verify compatibility before ordering
Check the model, production year, wheel size, body configuration and any refreshed generation. Model 3 Highland and Model Y Juniper parts are not automatically interchangeable with earlier versions. Compare mounting points and dimensions shown on the product page with your own vehicle.
Mud flaps and lower-body protection
Mud flaps can help reduce spray and debris around lower panels. They should follow the wheel-arch shape, use the intended mounting locations and maintain adequate tyre clearance throughout steering and suspension movement. Recheck fasteners after initial use.
Wheel covers and rim protection
Confirm wheel diameter, design and attachment method. A wheel cover must seat evenly and remain secure without contacting the valve stem or brake components. Rim protectors require a clean surface and careful alignment. Inspect them periodically for movement or damage.

Roof racks and mounted equipment
Roof-mounted accessories affect vehicle height, airflow and load distribution. Check the vehicle and rack manufacturer's load limits, including the weight of the rack itself. Confirm clearance before entering garages and remove loose accessories when they are not in use.
Adhesive trim and surface preparation
Wash and dry the area, remove wax or residue with a surface-compatible method, and install within the recommended temperature range. Test the position before exposing adhesive. Do not install over damaged paint or use aggressive solvents that may harm the finish.
